The Yadav community evolved from the Yaduvansh, which finds mention in prominent Indian scriptures like the Mahabharata and Puranas. Historically, Yadavs have been known for their pastoralist, agricultural, and warrior traditions, contributing to various regions across India including Rajasthan.
